At Caring Care, we believe that high-quality home care starts with the right systems in place to support the people delivering it. That’s why we’ve partnered with The Access Group to transform how we operate—helping us stay focused on what matters most: safe, person-centred care in the home.
In this short case study, our Managing Director Manjinder Joshi and Director Mitesh Joshi share how digital tools from Access have helped us:
By using smarter rostering and more efficient systems, we can adapt quickly to changing care needs - while upholding the professionalism, compassion and trust that define Caring Care.
Technology doesn’t replace people - it empowers them. These tools allow our care teams to spend more time with clients and less time on admin, while maintaining safe, compliant service delivery.
"Our goal is always to deliver the best home care we can. With the right technology, we’re giving our carers the tools they need to support people confidently and consistently in their own homes." – Manjinder Joshi, Managing Director

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Caring Care. This week, our Safeguarding Champions came together in our Walsall office to sign our Safeguarding Charter. It is a clear, shared commitment to protecting the well-being, dignity and safety of the people we support in home care across the West Midlands, and to supporting one another as a team.

Recently our team took part in an outstandingly informative Swallowing and Thickener Awareness session with Charlotte, Nestlé Product Trainer. More than 200 carers attended, reflecting our commitment to learning that directly improves support for people receiving home care in Walsall and across the West Midlands.

Our Training and Recruitment Team, together with our Senior Care Coordinators, attended **Dysphagia and IDDSI training** at **Staffordshire Beaconside Centre**, delivered by **Staffordshire Council**. The session was detailed, practical, and hands on. Most importantly, it strengthens how we keep mealtimes safe, calm, and enjoyable for people who live with swallowing difficulties.
