Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Caring Care. This week, our Safeguarding Champions came together in our Walsall office to sign our Safeguarding Charter. It is a clear, shared commitment to protecting the wellbeing, dignity and safety of the people we support in home care across the West Midlands, and to supporting one another as a team.
Key takeaway: safeguarding is not a policy on a shelf. It is daily practice that protects people’s rights, choices and safety at home.
If you are new to arranging support, you may find our Home Care Guide helpful.

Copies of the Safeguarding Charter will be displayed across our offices as a daily reminder of the standards we uphold. They guide our decisions during assessments, everyday visits and complex situations, so that safeguarding is woven into routine care.
