Nothing is too much for the girls that come to me - I'm really happy with the care that I receive.. they're so helpful and kind. They really understood what my needs are. My relationship with my carers is more of a friendship. I love to see my carers. They make it a pleasure to the best of their ability, they don't make it a chore and that's what I've found in the 7 years I've been with Caring Care.
We became enamoured with our carer. Caring Care are the best trained professionals in their realm, I kept thinking I'm dreaming. After a recent hospital release we were relieved when were back with Caring Care, we wouldn't have anybody else in our home. Caring Care think ahead of any question which might be of a concerning nature and they are ready for it. I would certainly recommend them and I would say that you will feel cared by them.
It's not just care... it's more than care. Whatever your needs are they accommodate, they've become part of a family.
I would recommend Caring Care to friends and family because I have had a positive experience for the 2 years they have been caring for my mother... my mother's relationship with the carer's is very positive, they have a great bond together.
I've worked for Caring Care for 13 years - I've been a carer, senior carer and I now work in the training and recruitment department. One of the more rewarding parts of the job is making a difference in someone's life. We offer a range of training that includes the care standard certificate, life skill training, manual handling and also first aid. If you're willing and if you've got the passion then they will help you grow. For me, Caring Care is the epitome of teamwork.
I absolutely love it, meeting different people, doing different things, every day is totally different. The little things count the most. If I ever need any help or support the team are only a phone call away. We do a lot of training and a lot of 1:1 training. My favourite memory was a service user telling me that I lighten up her days and that she can't wait to see me. My advice to someone considering a career with Caring Care is to just go for it.
I've been proudly working with Caring Care for the past ten years. Caring Care isn't just a workplace; it's a community. The company culture is supportive and celebratory, with annual events that recognise and reward hard work. Last year, I was honoured to receive the Director's Award, a testament to the support and encouragement I've received from the entire Caring Care team.
